Sims 2 Seasons Missing Stuff

Hi,
I was given the Sims 2 Seasons for Christmas and I have some plantsims that I want to turn back into humans. It says online that you should be able to call the Garden Club or call the Gypsy Matchmaker to reverse the plantsim, but the Garden Club isn't on my services list and the Gypsy only sells the love potion and the vampire potion. Please help me. I have all of the expansions packs except pets so maybe the order I installed them stuffed it up???
I would really appreciate your help and if you know anything please reply to this.
